The Game Director at Frontier Development, Rich Newbold, confirmed Jurassic World Evolution 2 will have over 75 dinosaurs. It is unknown at this time how long the story will run, or how many different environments it will introduce. Jurassic World Evolution 2's story will have players work alongside characters from the movies and feature the voice talents of J urassic Park star Jeff Goldblum. Players will be tasked with capturing, containing, and maintaining the health of the dinosaurs that are now running amok in the wilds of America. These dinosaurs will appear in the Jurassic World Evolution 2 story mode, which is set after the events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. The addition that sparks the most excitement, however, is the promise of more dinosaurs featured in Jurassic World Evolution 2. The trailer shows off new biomes, maps, and buildings that will be available to players. These new features will be experienced throughout the four available game modes offered in the sequel.
As is the case with all sequels, Jurassic World Evolution 2 promises to expand on gameplay features utilized in the original. The Future Games Show at E3 2021 revealed Frontier Games' newest Jurassic World installment: Jurassic World Evolution 2.
